Good. I accept your opinion on his works.

I reserve the right to disagree with your opinion.

I dont see how you can say he does not present facts, as he always backs up his factual statements with detailed references. You can of course disagree with his conclusions.

Did you learn anything new from his books?

His facts often consists of references back to his own works or to works of dubious scholarship. That said, the one good thing that reading them made me do is go do some of my own research. Nothing wrong with being forced to think. I'll give him that much. But obviously I am in complete disagreement with his conclusions.

In the interest of full disclosure, I also read the Anti-Chomsky Reader, but I actually read that book after I read Chris's recommendations so I wouldnt have any preconceptions. Have you read it? They point out some of the same things I discovered, as well as other things.

I'll take a look.

I, generally, find other people's opinions about anothers opinions a waste of time -- unless it is my opinion of another's opinion, of course, that opinion is a true gem. IMO.

Do you care to know my opinion of your opinions in general?

Sure. Any time. Given the stuff I have been called on this forum, could it get much worse from a christian forgiving soul?

I know you dont want to know mine about yours.
