Have to agree with the others: the PS reply made sense to me.

Then again, I'm not very nitpicky - I get the idea and then move ahead in my life.

When did you get a sucky response from them?

If you got one, please let us see it.

You already saw it. I pointed out two errors on their site. Instead of telling me they would correct them I was told to ignore them. That is a sucky response.
And just to prove my point, go look at the site now. Both of the errors I pointed out have been corrected. You're welcome pokerstars.

You're not making the point you seem to want to make.

Stars CS is still the best in the business, and nothing you've said here is going to convince anyone otherwise. They are not "starting to suck."

The only thing you're getting across is your penchant for complaining and being overly dramatic.

I looked again at your first post and Stars response, and it occured to me that you simply misunderstood both the Stars message in the tournament info and the support response.

Stars message was that for the subsequent **rounds** initial chips and blinds will be doubled. You took it as the chips/blinds will be doubled for the running levels, which was obvioulsy wrong.

However as the tournament you complained about was a 2-player tournament it had only one **round**. Therefore the message, while techically correct, was not not needed.

Support thought you are complaining about the unecessary message, and told you that it would apply to a 4-player HUT. You were confused between levels and rounds and didn't understand why he was talking about 4-player tourney.

So looks that you have to apologize to support.

Yes, I should apologize for pointing out two ERRORS on their site, that were both corrected shortly after me pointing them out. You are a genius.
