his current project, stranger then fiction sounds like he's trying to be more of a Jim Carrey black comedy/comedy actor then a sandler goofball...
he'll be a big name star for a long time coming

[/ QUOTE ] wow - was i the only one who hated elf? anyways, i love wil ferrell - yes, he's a little one-dimansional as an actor - but that's the beauty of him. you know what you're getting. i just think his last few movies have been - well - "questionable" relative to his prior movies. he IS the best thing to come out of SNL in the last 10 years - and i don't think it's close

i agree 100%. jim carrey should've done bewitched. as much as i like ferrell and dislike carrey, he was born to play that part. he even looks like one of the seargent yorks.
