here's a simple solution,
if you think it's rigged don't play.

If you were playing bad poker you probably would not be aware. If you knew it was bad, you wouldn't be doing it.
After I played 4 months of online poker, playing 4 hours a night, 3 rooms at once, I thought I had seen it all. After 8 months I knew that I had then seen it all. After 14 months, I know I haven't seen anything compared to what I will see in the next 14 months. In a game where the best hand is usually no more than a 2 to 1 favorite before the flop, and people are willing to gamble, you will see some wild swings. And then you will see more. If you keep playing, and have a decent bankroll, and are in fact playing good poker, you will be alright. You just have to ride it out. It is hard. I know.
