Was coming to make the same post about a declined withdrawal. Glad to know it is happening to quite a few and will be handled shortly. Thanks.

Actually, I don't think anyone has gotten their money yet. Don't get your hopes up.

You should be able to access your account now. Unfortunately, the amount for the declined withdrawal won't be in there.

[/ QUOTE ]

Same thing, I got declined for 1.3K and can't access the cashier, I wish pokerstars did rake back, cause then I would just move to their site for good.

Really strange. I couldn't access mine either earlier today. It is working now, though.

Hello,

I made a withdrawal request in the amount of d dollars roughly 3 days ago. I looked at my Neteller account about 2 hours ago today and noticed that your site had attempted to transfer it, but it had been declined. When can I expect my withdrawal to be processed? I appreciate your response in advance, thanks.

-Matt

Oh my oh my, what great support they have. It looks like the forgot to fill out their "Customer Service Mad Libs" form. As a result, there is a noun omitted after technical and a consequence omitted after "withdrawals requests." Morans.

If you think that is poor customer service then you're an idiot. This is more specific of an answer then I've ever gotten from any poker site.

Let me get this straight - I'm an idiot because poker sites give you answers more vague than:

"Please note that due to technical all the withdrawals requests."

Ok, glad we cleared that up. Your penis just grew two sizes today. Congratulations on attaining gerbil-like levels of girth.

If I were in this situation (wait a minute, I am) I would be infinitely more concerned with the solution then the cause. What difference does it make why they are having technical difficulties, it's clear that this is the case (look at all the other posts on this subject today), is it of any consequence to you what the problem is? no.

What matters is the clear, concise solution-- that you'll have your money tommorow.

I've given up on Eurobet.

Their customer service is the worst and their HH seems to be down all the time.
Add to that the fact that even when it works it sends it to the internet mail site rather than to a normal e-mail, it means that I have come to the conclusion that they just aren't worth the bother.
I'll manage without their rakeback.
