![]() Yea I just feel like it's a very unpleasant position to voluntariliy put yourself into. Almost impossible to call a raise behind you, tons of bad flops will come, sometimes "good" flops won't be good for your hand, and you are putting in 10% of your stack preflop. Anyway that's just my style, I'm willing to understand if someone thinks it's horrible, since I call so many plays by others "terrible". |

Folding JJ here cannot be 'terrible.'

I would fold this although I doubt he has a K.
I truly hate JJ early in a Sng. I mentally lump them in to 66-JJ and play for set value only. I generally play them with a 3xBB raise in an unraised pot, will call for set value to a 2-4xBB raise before me and fold to overly aggressive PF betting. |

I would call and play but basically I am hoping he has AK/Aq or TT so I dont know how +EV this is even calling and playing. Too much to call for set value (unless you're SURE you can stack him). I dont think folding this horrible but i dont think this is analagous to folding JJ UTG (see previous JJ thread(s)). Maybe I have an overly wide gap in level I. |
