I advocate changing gears at 25NL and down, but only for learning pursposes. I agree that you can be a winning player at 100NL and lower just nut-peddling.

Good advice, I agree that short term 10 tabling lowest limit might be most profitable, learn to play everyhand well not like a bot pays off in the long run.

For me the game is 80% mechanical. And yes I am a real winner.

And doggonit people like me!

No they dont, trust me!

BTW is anyone else gonna admit this game is mechanical to them? The only time it is not for me is when something strange happpens, and overbet, someone on tilt, big pot, things like that.

At 25 and 50 full they were to me, even to a good extent at $100NL full until I checked out PokerRoom. Even at 25 6max it was. Mostly mechanical at 50's 6m too but I didn't stay there long. 100NL 6max I'm finding that it doesn't cut it at the more aggressive tables.

What stakes you playing?

A variety (I dont want to get kicked out of the mid limit forum) but I think playing 6 max tables pretty much means you need to have your thinking cap on all the time. Full ring much less so unless something unexpected happens. I had a recent blowup on 6 max and have sworn off them for a month or 2.

The only way you can lose and say you are playing TAG at SSNL is if you dont understand how to play TAG.
