I tried interpoker about 2 weeks ago and am pretty unimpressed with it. I recieved an email stating i'd get free $20 to play 1 raked hand, so I did that and cleared the $90 bonus, but no $20 arrived. 4 emails later and still no $20 >:

Without going into specifics, I wanted my concern to be responded through their help desk and I am still waiting after the several e-mails I sent. Never again Interpoker. |

Poker hands are a lower triangular matrix with 1326 different possibilities. Only 6 of these possiblities are kings. Since people are always getting up, sitting out, or whatever, you only get around 8 hands per big blind on average. At 221 hands divided by 8 you'll pay 28 blinds to get $10. Have a good time. [/ QUOTE ] How many blinds you put in is essentially irrelevant if you're at least a break-even player (this includes overcoming the rake). While you're right that the kings promo isn't a huge bonus by itself, it's a nice add-on while you're clearing the monthly $90 bonus. That requires 500 raked hands, which would probably involve being dealt approximately 3 times the 221 hands needed on the average to be dealt one KK. So, that would add roughly an expected 3 x 10 = $30 to the $90. Not worth tossing away your final four tickets for, but not a bad increase if you're doing the monthly bonus anyway. |
