The way the hand has progressed, I'm not so sure that raising to 160 is going to limit the pot to 3 ways. How well does QQ hold up in a 5-way pot against their range of hands? Increasing his stack by 200 without seeing a flop is not as bad as you make it sound.
Edit: We are getting off the point of the post. The size of his reraise is a real nitpicky point.
