Think & Grow rich was an excellent book. It lead me down a certain path which has had no negative side effects. I cannot answer your question with a single book because I do not like to mix fiction and non fiction so I must give you one from each catagory.

Fiction: Atlas Shrugged. by Ayn Rand

Non fiction: The bell curve. by Charles Murray
