During your conversations did she ever mention if shes done this before? If she never has she might have been nervous or whatever and it wouldn't hurt to send her a message the next time you see her on- Just 1 saying hello. if she doesn't respond you know where you stand for sure.
If she has met other people before do nothing- if she got busy suddenly last night then she will IM and apoligize. If you don't know assume your done, and don't message her if she messages you, be yourself without bringing it up specifically.
