CHEATER ON PARTYPOKER!!!! HELP ME REPORT HIM - Page 3

Jeez...dont know what the fuss is all about!? The guy wants to report a cheater. I say encourage him not make fun of him! I've reported a couple of people after they seemed to be abusing disconnect protect to get a free all in and the DP feature has been taken away from them after Party sifted through their HH's.

Wacko Jacko, email Party with the Hand History in question. They will then look up the guys histories in which he used the DP and determine whether or not he is abusing it or not. If he is, they will disable the function for his account. If he does not seem to be, they will tell you so.

And thanks for helping keep those annoying c**nts off the tables, they really piss me off when they do that!

Sure, the guy in the hand probably did some shady stuff, but this Jacko moron comes here for support after he tried to troll the zoo and failed bad. For some reason after he failed, he decided he wanted to try to be a "normal" zoo member (the word normal used loosely).

Read some of this jackasses past posts and you'll see why we're not throwing a pity party for him.

here is what they sent me in an e-mail :

We have checked the disconnection of player origincolor during hand number 1765007739. Although the hand you reported does look suspicious on its own, there is no pattern to suggest that this player is intentionally disconnecting. Players can and will be legitimately disconnected at times that would look suspicious.

We have investigated this player's history of disconnects and use of the disconnect protection. At this point, there is no reason to believe that the player in question intentionally disconnected during the hand that you reported. This player has rarely ever been disconnected or used the Disconnect Protection. We have made a note of this hand and the investigation done for future reference. If the player does at any time show a pattern of abuse we will remove his protection. We have sent an email to the player informing him of the investigation and making him aware of our policies regarding Disconnect Protection. We hope that you appreciate our efforts to be an honest and fair site.

If you need any clarifications, have any questions or concerns; please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Disconnects happen. If people do them on a regular basis, then a pattern develops and you can think about labelling them a cheater. One hand means nothing.

I got disconnected in my big blind one time and this moron went off calling me a cheater saying I wanted to get a free hand (with my 47os). I told them if I was a cheater, I'd be smart enough to disconnect on a flush draw or a hand that I thought I was beat, but wasnt sure. My big blind? Hmmm..

Disconnects happen. Give some slack.

This is a typical Party response, they will often if not always brush you off. You might want to make notes on players that do that, date and hand # , the more info you have on an individual person, will show Party support, you did their job, and well too! There are no disconnect pretect tables, they are noted with (no DP) when you are scanning the tables, you time out ther, you fold, no exceptions. Good luck

You're right, e-mail them back and tell them to immediately close his account and confiscate all his funds. Threaten to remove your bankroll from their site if they don't abide. Who cares if he has only used DP once ever? He is obviously a cheater.
