Very thoughtful analysis. Reraising preflop is so far from mandatory that it's probably time to re-examine your game. Raising the turn sucks also.

AA - TT, AKs/AKo, 90% of the time. AQo/AQs/AJ 5% of the time. Air 5% of the time.
