i have a few questions. i assume they are common knowledge, but i dont know them

1. how do you get your named in neat colors lke blue and purple? i don't see the 'M' some people who have colors

2. what are all the possible titles and required posts for them?

3. how do some people have different titles other than poo-bah and CT
