It's mostly just a formality. I do like the fact that they go out of their way to let the players know that they are watching and that they will do what they can to protect the integrity of their biggest game.

Complete fish, really, the guy never wins, just keeps dumping money in. He's really bad heads-up, actually, but loves to challenge people to it. Must be an ego thing. If you see him around, ask to play heads-up. Easy money.
