Do you ever report abusive chat?

The only time I've ever reported somebody was on UB a guy went off on the terrorist kick

"I hope Al Quada runs a plane into your house"
"I hope your mother died on 9/11"

and other crap like that for about four hours. UB responded and said that they cashed out his funds and cancelled his account. I'm sure he found a way to get back on, but it was satisfying to me.
