Viejas made the same mistake in a NL cash game. After I argued it for an hour they finally realized there mistake.
I think it happens more often than you'd expect, unfortunately.
I'd say I'm surprised it happened at the Bike, but I am not as they do a lot of both sketchy and clueless things.
