i like a raise here pre-flop...there's enough money in the pot to make it an okay move, plus when you hit a hand there's much less of a chance that someone else is in there with a better hand like a straight to your two pair...This gives me the confidence i am looking for to rake a big pot or get away from it if the flop is really crappy...

Easy call preflop, dont raise in a game like this. NEVER fold if you are calling either in a multiway pot OR against a tight raiser. You are calling 1 dollar to take his whole stack of 40 something, EASY CALL. And EASY CALL in the end to!!
