Nah, I'm a veteran at these(doesn't necessarily mean I'm good though), so I understand that. I'm just a little antsy after everything thats happened...and its better to write things here than to let it affect my play of course.

You haven't helped. I raise with AK and the SB makes it 250 to go. Flop comes QJ9 and he overbets the pot and I have to fold.

THen I limp with 77 flop comes 865 and there is a 300 chip bet and a 900 chip bet and i have to fold again.

I would be interested in some thoughts on this hand.

JJ in SB. Everyone fold, LP guy raises to 60(minimum).

I decide to just call, as I don't want to risk too much on a hand that can easily be beaten.

Flop comes all undercards, something like 2-6-9 rainbow. I check with the intention of raising if he bets. He checks.

Turn is a 3. I bet 90. He raises to 290.

The only hand I can put him on is a set. I fold. Thoughts?

Most likely a set but I wouldn't rule out AA or KK here, more likely AA. I could see a player raising min and checking the flop with rockets.
