Driving long hours.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have driven the whole length of the Alaska Highway (~1500 miles) without stopping. Also in May 2000, I was working at IBM in Rochester, Minnesota. A friend wanted to buy a Corvette in Orange, New Jersey. We hopped in my car, drove straight to Jersey, bought the car, turned around and drove back.

I win.

Did you have a 50 gallon gas tank? Or are the last 1100 miles all downhill.

Seriously though, thats a nice 20 hours of driving... I have done 8-10 several times without getting tired, but I can't really imagine doing 20 without some good stimulants.

I meant without stopping for sleep. It's a beautiful drive that I wish I had taken more time to enjoy.

One more, because I'm such a badass. I can almost certainly work the ILC software suite better than anyone else on these boards. Probably in large part because no one here has ever heard of ILC before, or if you have, they didn't bother to teach you how to work with most of it, because they can pay student co-ops $14/hr to fix any problems instead of sending an engineer out there a couple times to do training. Unless you're CNBC/DirecTV/DoD, in which case you do get lots of training.

11 pages just to make sure that nobody else took it first. Now I can claim that I am most likely the best DJ on 2+2. That's a good feeling because it took me until about page 8 to think of something I might be good at.
