I'm with you. I have ballooned from 207 to 225 in the last year because I stopped running (used to run 25-40 miles a week). Your post got me thinking about it and I'm going to try to keep up with you and drop 14lbs over the next 10 weeks too.

My technique will be: more fruits and vegetables, less high calorie foods (still going to have a mocha 2-3x a week though). Start running again, but at an easy 3 miles 3x a week and build up a little. 3ki jog/walks may be a good alternative for you. I'll keep u posted too (but not paying anybody anything!).

May I suggest: eat less, and exercise. Just cutting out snack food and not smothering stuff in butter/whatever should be enough to make your goal.

Dude get a hold on yourself! If you are going to cheat on a diet have some extra meat, bread, something that will stick with you. Chocolate bars won't satisfy your hunger they will make it worse!

Seriously I want to see you win this. If you are hungry drink 3 glasses of water. If you are dehydrated you will get hungry before you get thirsty. So you have to use your brain.
