I don't know where the raise preflop was, a kitten dies every time a big pair goes unraised in the CO with multiple limpers.
Anyway I think a flop 3-bet is a really poor play and I lean more toward calling or even folding although I likely would not fold. You only have 6 clean outs so it's not for value, you have close to zero chance of winning without a showdown, and there could easily be another jack out meaning you chop the pot if you do hit.
I do like the turn and river bets though. Good bet on the river.
