I smoked Lucky Strikes for about 4 months during a particularly self-destructive phase. They even made me feel unhealthy, and I was a 1-2 pack/day of reds type smoker.

Although I hear that filters are better for you because of their high Vitamin C content, so maybe you had better stick to unfiltereds... [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Vitamin C actually helps the heart

Mega c helps by lowering blood pressure. i'm on high doses of beta blockers that do this, and more is not needed. C also not great for kidneys if you are having problems.

healthy people can eat it like candy tho. may stop first heart attack

I'm on a strict mega-dose regiment of heinekens and marb reds. Good for the heart, lungs, and liver. fug it, we all gotta go some day.
