No emails either. This is the final straw with party poker, get your crap together and maybe I will come back.

I don't understand. You play at partypoker but if they "get there crap together" you will comeback? Hmmm...

Yes, meaning that I did play there but now refuse to continue playing there with this hand history BS.

As long as the hand histories come in at some point I will be happy. I've been requesting mine as usual just hope they trail in at some point.

I played a couple of SnG's at Party yesterday afternoon (Sat.) and got histories within 5-10 minutes of end.

I wonder if the response from Party means that we will not be getting the hand histories that we have been requesting. That would not be very good.

My HH requests have been arriving 48-72 hours after I've requested them. They see to come in "bursts".

Party support is completely disconnected from reality, they did not have a clue that people were not getting their hand histories.

If Stars SnGs didn't take so damn long and I didn't get 10% interest I would just leave Party.

I wish I would have checked this thread earlier. I've spent half my day trying to set up my pokertracker and I've been thinking that I was doing something wrong.

I hear ya. I've been nothing but disappointed with the level of service that Party Poker has provided.

In contrast to that, I look over at PokerStars and see a site that is obviously run by people who know what they're doing and who understand a thing or two about poker.

Unfortunately, Party has the fish, and that's where the money is :\
