Re: Well, I am mostly a no limit player - have won 10 multi table tournies
Not trying to be critical at all, but winning a few MTT's really has no correlation with being a winning player at limit ring games.
Since it sounds like you earned your roll through tourney winnings, why not set aside 250 bucks for ring games only and start at .50/1. When you get that up to 500 bucks then move up and so on. |

Sounds good. The remaining 600 or so is good for $11 tourneys and probably the occasional $22. You could also play $33 sngs with low risk if you are as good as you say you are, although $22s would be my preference until you have at least 1k. Lori |

Re: Well, I am mostly a no limit player - have won 10 multi table tour
I can honestly say poor bank roll management and always trying to play limits higher then I should be with my bankroll is what will consistenly bust me.
On the other hand when I have 800.00 and I play 2/4 if I have a losing session I get so ticked if I drop 75 - 100.00 and I give up till the next day. I think bankroll management is a very very important topic, and one I need to work on myself! |
