I signed a petition to get it started sometime last summer (July/August), so I would imagine it was soon after that.

What games were they spreading? Was the room still tiny and smoky? I walked through there a few years back, but decided I couldn't get comfortable in that dingy little hole. Is it any better these days?

It just means what games a given room will offer.

Tulalip is the only room in the state of Washington that offers (spreads) live NL.

Might be a bit out of your area, but Coquitlam in BC, very near Vancouver, has a casino with 4 tables of 6-12. With your favourable exchange, it works out to 4.50/9.00 or so. Clean, non-smoking, nice restauraunt in the building, with a lounge. Nice place to learn. I just got home! Weekends can be very busy.

Default Freddies in Fife...

Has anyone played at either Freddies or the Silver Dolar down in Fife/Tacoma?

Just curious.

I play at freddies at fife quite a bit.
It is a nice little room that is going through a ton of growth right now as far as poker is concerned. They spread 3/6 with a 5/10 kill. Fun little game. I have a soft spot for it because it was the first place I ever played live casino poker. They get 3 tables going now quite often, even during the week.
