Neteller works fine in Canada. It just automatically converts your Can$ to US$ (and back again when you cash out). You will need to play with US$ on all the online poker sites that I know of, but that is ok.

Chapters does have all those books you mentioned, but you will have to order them. I think Sklansky's books are about a two week wait. I get almost all my books from Chapters.

The list you gave for books to buy is excellent. The Lee Jones book should probably be your next purchase. 'Theory of Poker' is also important but will not seem like the gem it is right away. get it though. If you intend to play No Limit, SuperSystem is a good buy.

One of your best resources is going to be the internet. Look around and you will find a lot of great information, but be careful to sift through the garbage. This site is excellent for the most part, and it is usually pretty easy to tell who's advice should be taken with a grain of salt.

Partypoker is my favorite site to play at, and I think the best place for a beginner to start - lots of bad players (so don't take advice from any of them). I would also recommend the Gaming Club because I think they have a no-purchase bonus just for signing up (you get $15 to play without spending a dime of your own money). They also have free tournaments everyday that you can win money from.
