Default Re: Authors: Value bet or semi-bluff

Louie,

Against the opponent you described, it is right to bet the flop every time, right? If yes, then it seems automatic to me to call it an autobet.

Sometimes we will happen to have top pair. But our holding on any particular hand has no bearing on our premade decision to bet, so likewise, our holding should not influence the name we give the bet.

I guess what I was getting at was this: You can Bluff, Semi-Bluff, and Value Bet, but it looks like there are other categories of good bets not described well in current literature.
