Re: River
You're bizare, tens of thousands of players on party play this way, loads of 'suck outs' happen in this fashion, the SB probably isnt bluffing or really screwing us over, hes just playing loose draw poker.

ROFL HAND. it's at these moments i really wish i could reach through the intarweb and kill people. seriously, find SB in his hometown and slit his throat. that is the only +EV move. slit his throat, steal all his money, shove fish and donkey in his throat, and write to the local newspaper saying that fish and donkeys will die. [/ QUOTE ] LMAO I feel this way too often. |

So the SB bet the river. I, being upset about not capping the flop and being a bit interested in what the SB could have given the way he played his hand, called, as did the button. The SB had 77, the button had KQo and my hand is good.

Re: I\'m good at not raising
Not capping the flop looks OK to me here as you could be behind a set or a straight. SB is probably more of a concern than the Button, although this aggressive button probably three bets preflop with TT and maybe 99. You might be against an SB OESD or gutshot also. Seeing what the turn brings before pumping this pot more doesn't seem like a bad idea to me.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm not as aggressive preflop as the button, but I 3-bet quite a bit more than 99 preflop when someone like me open-raise in the CO. Not to mention that this guy is capable of doing random aggressive moves on top of that. |
