[/ QUOTE ]

[/ QUOTE ]

I want to help you relive The Downswing a little in a painful, yet funny way. Remove the 82 OOTM in a row you had and look how much $$$$$$$$$ you could be using to buy me a christmas present with.

Post the results here.

I know this is a noob question however I am.

Until recently I was a limit ring game player who started diving into SnG's

when you guys refer to your ROI vs. # of SnG's played I have no clue how much profit this is.

how do I go about working that out?

Impressive. I wouldn't mind if you sent me some ROI-points (money's ok too).

And ROI is Return On Investment. If you'd play SNG's with a $100 buy-in, a 10% ROI would mean you made $10 profit per SNG. The more SNG's, the more confident you can be that your ROI is close to your 'true' ROI. That means that if you've played less than 1000 SNG's your stats don't mean a lot.

Generally speaking, he's making a s***load for the level he's playing.

To find out for yourself, multiply the # of SnG's by the ROI % by the Buy-in. --> (# of SnGs)*(ROI)*(BI)= $$

No, you should count the $5 fee too. So 2300 * $55 * 0.196 = a lot

I use 19.6% because he also has that rakeback on top of his ROI, which is profit too of course.
