I am more inclined to be aggressive with my draws while out of position, since checking just results in villian betting into you too often (and we give up fold equity for that). When you have position you can start weighing out the value of a free card vs fold equity.

If we assume he has Qx or PP(xx), we definitely can't count the Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] as an out and the x [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] so I'll say 7.5 outs. Still an easy call.
