Three Bet or just Call

there is the benefit of playing live...you can talk over the board to provoke a reaction/tell

rather than just snapping to a play, here would be a chance to come up with some talk/chatter to put additional pressure on the opponent maybe find out something...

i would have 3bet, and called a cap---although i think its okay to call; either way, i would be happy with myself
