I don't think we should eliminate KQ, but we should probably discount it, something I didn't do when I looked over the hand. If we do discount it obviously a turn bet and calldown if check/raised looks even better.

With the read that the OP has, i agree with you, calling down is probably best. I just feel that if the action goes 3-bet on the flop, then a turn c/r, you a probably beat an overwelming part of the time. However, with the pot size after a c/r at 9BB, you only need to win about 20% of the time to break even here.
