[/ QUOTE ] It certainly matters. When you're used to 5/10, throwing around those big 15/30 bets and winning/losing $400 pots is nerve wracking. That's why I set a stop loss of $600. I didn't want to either tilt away my money because the sheer size of the bets threw me, nor did I want to leak it all away playing too passively because I was nervous. Fortunately, I hit a couple big hands early and was able to forget the bet sizes and just play poker. |

I sat at the next level up in a stud 8 game and caught 2 terrible beats in a row for 20% of my bankroll. Never get too cocky. There is still luck involved.
