Default Re: Can someone lend me 50.00 on poker stars?

i'll lend him a few dollars - i'm curious to see if such a request can be made by someone who will actually pay it back

if four others will give him the benefit of the doubt we could all go $10 each

if he doesn't pay it back we can have a thread called absolutesucks sucks - that's gotta be worth ten bucks, surely?

Sounds like a good deal. I would not risk having my name crapped on by 200 people in this forum. I have to play with these same people every day and probly would be too embaressed. I have morals and when I promiss someone something I do not go back on my promiss. I know it's easy to say but I am telling the honest truth. Surely I wouldnt risk my reputation for just 50 bucks.

That's a BAD precedent to start Mike. A feller once told me when you loan money the best you can do is break even. Having personally experienced this phenomenon, I can safey amend this addage to read "When you loan money, you're very lucky if you break even". Not a good idea to encourage the practice (of begging OR loaning).

Default Something\'s wrong with this picture

You're shamelessly begging to borrow $50 by posting on the internet. . . and you call ME a moron? Now that's FUNNY!!

BTW, don't hold your breath awaiting Mike Haven to transfer you money. I've read his posts long enough to know he's not the dullest tool in the shed. . .You might PM Onlinechamp though . . .

Default Once you made the post, you made it everybody\'s business

You've been posting here for all of five days. I don't think you should spend much time trumpeting about how you don't want to ruin your reputation.

And you can't spell.

Good luk with your reqwest.

Default Very snappy comeback. . . .

did it take you long to compose? At least I am a moron instantly able to fund my pokerstars account, or any other gaming account on the 'net without resorting to panhandling. (Provided I have permission from the wife, of course).
