I think you would get a call a fair % of the time with him having two pair or something, but at these levels people love checkraising on the river. If he's passive he might even check a T to you being scared for the flush. Most of the time i would check here because the pot is rather large and there's no reason risking a checkraise here.

Thanks for the replies. I checked, and villain showed AQo - perhaps a river bet from me would've given me some extra money - I just hate to see a CR on the river.
