75 on turn.

I think I like this line more then I like pushing the turn. It's nice of him to pay you $75 to chase a 4-1 dog with one card to come.

If he hits... whatever. He doesn't have anywhere close to +EV to call and you win a lot more with that bet then you win when pushing over the span of more then 1 hand.

On the river I probably prefer check/call although that's AFTER seeing the results. If I was playing I'd probably push...

Why bother if it only leaves him 75 behind with a pot much larger than that?

because we want him to call but make a mistake... if you notice, villain got paid off chasing a 4:1 shot getting 3:1, so really he didn't make a mistake. Making him pay a 3/4 pot bet, even always getting paid off, he makes a mistake. We want him to make thta mistake. If he'll call an all in, go all in. It's just you want to make a bet that he'll think he can call, and generally they wont call an all in or pot, but they'll call 3/4.

Yes, I see. Thanks. I'm totally with betting 75 on the turn, now you've explained it this way.
