I agree it's important to have a non-poker routine that may or may not involve nachos+spanking it...

that said, am i to believe that most of you regularly do not go over hands, except those that stick out from memory? If you were a pro football/baseball/basketball player, do you really think you wouldn't be giving up much by not watching film? I know that in chess, the best way to improve is to thoroughly analyze your own games.

I know, it's poker, but still...

i usually go into PT game tab, get all the hands for the day and look over the top 10 green net hand and top 10 red net hands and just check my lines.

that takes about 5 mins and thats about it. i dont really go plowing through stats or anything bc they dont really mean anything in sh'd NL.

I dont go over hands after every session, but probably 1/3 or so. I go into PT, pick a table and just go through the session hand by hand looking for anything I wasn't certain about.
