Default Re: When should I have folded these flushes?

I've got a 562-hand database. I've had a set 33 times, and I've boated 19 times. That should be all the reasoning required, easy fold.

Brazilio, you realize your sample size isn't near adequate to answer this problem right?

However, I have a 5000 hand database, and my sets have boated about 54% of the time. So in this case brazilio happens to be right.

I've noticed some significant reverse-implied accuracy when it comes to using larger databases such as yours. For instance, at 5/10 6-max in the last 800 hands I'm at 27BB/100. However, in the last 5,000 I'm only at 5.5BB/100. I know for a fact I'm an 18BB/100 winner at 5/10. I respect your posts very much so, thought you might want to know about this if you didn't already.

More amazing than the 58% outboating is the 100% I'm up against a set, I'll be sure to fold every flush on turn from now on
