My personal favorite is "Soul Kitchen." The End is a great choice.
What about LA Woman? Had the (sort of) improv part, the break, it was long, it rocked, it reflected the city, nightlife, loneliness, all the great Doors themes. I hate Riders on the Storm. The lyrics are insipid and the music sounds like something I heard in an elevator or department store. I always find it disappointing that it still gets played over better Doors tunes. |
