I watched a special on natl geo, about prison, the guards and a couple inmates estimated about 10%.

ive read alot about prison. rape/violence in states like california texas and florida is going to be alot worse then somewhere like Maine or Iowa. over crowding is a big factor.
prison system is so completely [censored] up in america (probably everywhere else) its not even funny.
