The problem with having a healthy stack is the temptation to steal blinds to keep it healthy. You'd be better off just assuming that you have more time to wait for a quality hand than the others and refrain from being overly aggressive.

This is only true if you feel like you are going to loosen up too much. It is better to play the same than loosen too much. But better than both of those is to loosen a little bit

Don't change your basic style of play. If you're a tight player, you might not be as good semi-loose. If you're a loose player, you're not going to be as good getting tight. Loosening up is good, if you can get away from a hand. The problem with getting a big stack is often you won't let go one you would have if you had a medium stack.

The other thing I would say is, don't be afraid to call pushes from smallish stacks with mid pairs, as long as it doesn't compromise your position, obviously. It's not so bad to gamble a little bit on them having two overs as it would be if you had t800.. but obviously only to an extent.

loosen up a bit...play suited connectors more, a-high suited more, etc if not for too many chips

once u get to level 4 and 5, start stealing some blinds and asserting yourself

it's not worth going back to 800 stack trying to steal t25 chips on level 1...

This works great. Exploit the bubble when you can afford it and short stacks can't. Hate the idea of waiting around for others to catch up (when more often than not you get first from being aggressive on the button)

((((ESPECIALLY $6-$22's)))
