It's NY, I'm sure there is a cheap hotel somewhere that runs an hourly rate. Atleast give him enough money for new clothes, laundromat, and baby wipes. I would say $40 minimum is required here.

and to wacki, I guess I don't really appreciate the cheap bastard comment. I should have said in my initial post that setting him up with some booze would be the least i could do. I agree with you that the man does deserve a shower/new clothes after an event like that
