You're ahead here most of the time. A lot of people are going to raise/cap you with 2-pair, so I'd be 3-betting with this set as well. With a flush on the board as well...then you gotta think about calling because your hand isn't as strong.

It also helps if you're good at hitting Full Houses on the river as a backup plan Just In Case. You seem to have this skill down so nh.
