Good question. I would call. The pot is too big now. You have your original raise, the reraise, shorty's chips, and the blinds. Too much to fold this one.

bah. this is gibberish. there's no ICM unless you give a hand range. if villain's range is {AA,KK} then it's an obvious fold.
