[/ QUOTE ] The fact that you are not hitting to the nuts isn't usually a huge deal, except when the flop gets is getting banged by several players and you are caught in between. Where the flop play is going insane in a multiway pot, a good amount of the time your flush draw aims to make a second best hand, because the ace-high draw will be one of the hands out there doing the raising. |

i'm currently treating the better offsuit connectors with nearly as much respect as junk suited hands. Ed doesn't recommend playing hands like 98o at all. i know a flush draw flops a bit more often than a strait draw. But, straits often pay better since they are less obvious to observant opponenets.
