CEO deserves a little Benefit of a Doubt here. He simply responded to an unfortuante event, explaining how his site would handle the sitation. As a matter of record, he has now committed himself and his site to handling these problems accordingly. I am not saying the Party should award the whole pot to the OP, but I think that having his personal losses refunded would be more than fair.

I just curious as to how many disconnect protections do you have. It seems kinda silly if you play 10 tables and have only 1 disconnect protect. When I was playing at euro they automatically increased my disconnects.
Having just come back to party they haven't increased mine yet even though I play quite a few tables. It doesn't look like they will do it anytime soon either. I would hate to have something like that happen to me but sorry bike, it looks like you are out of luck. I wouldn't put any faith in party's support.
