first of all, there is no skill game that you need a 1 million br for. Unless you are the best in the world, you shouldn't be playing in any game that you'd need more than a $10,000 br for, but hey, that's why vegas is still around.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow, this is one of the most legitimate sounding completely uninformed things I have ever read in my life.

I'm still not even sure what he was trying to get at.

wow, you're still posting?

umm, well as for skill games in vegas, I meant poker.

wow thats a backhanded compliment. but hey, can I bs or what?

what part of my statement would you disagree with?

I know there are poker games running that would necessitate a one million dollar br, but like I said, those are for world-class players.

what part of my post did you disagree with?

[/ QUOTE ]

You need a bankroll more than 10k to play 20-40, and I'm pretty sure you don't need to be a "world class player" to beat 20-40.

eh heh... this all stems from my "forgetting the last zero" problem.

I meant one hundred thousand. not ten thousand.

then I guess it's time to really contribute.

I dont have cable and cant watch, but could anyone tell me the types of games he's playing?

And Im wondering, if he's only worth that one million, how did he lose 3 mill before? Did he really throw away 3/4 of his net worth?

are you sure this show really isnt just a big billboard for gamblers anonymous?

there case.

He plays all the pit games, craps roulette, blackjack etc. When he loses, he gets really angry and sometimes it seems like he's about to cry. Pretty funny.

I wonder if, and if so how much, he's getting paid to be on this show? Anyone think it's more than the million he's gambling?

Unfortunately I caught two of these episodes the other day. I don't know what was more pathetic -- the white trash at the Plaza so giddy about this meglomaniac giving them $200 or this idiot passing himself off as a high roller.

Is he a country music star? Rodeo guy? I have no idea who he is but my guess is he decided he wanted a reality show of his own and thought this was the best angle. I can't imagine he will let us see him piss through $1M so expect a contrived ending.
