Long answer - do a bunch of reading on this forum and in the Internet forum.

Short answer - Policy changes at Party open the possibility the landscape for discounted play will change significantly in the coming weeks - it is certainly changing, but may end up being the same old thing in a different wrapper or possibly a totally different setup. For players at least (as opposed to the affiliates) it won't likely help you to be on the right side of the fence any earlier than someone who does so next month, but it could definitely hurt you to be on the wrong side of it - though not necessarily. The risk/reward ratio seems to make waiting the obvious +EV decision for players IMHO.
