Yes you are right. I missed that it was 10 min blinds.
With short blinds you need to devaule your M. Easiest way
is to use in the denominator the sum of the blinds in the
next or second next level. But one can be more acurate.

Another important point is to not wait so long that your chips lose their value. If you only have T420 left, you're not going to hurt the guy with T5200 if you push against him. If I'm around 10BB left and am first in, I'll push any ace and any good King.

I agree--I've also noticed that if I haven't played a hand my chip value decreases because any bet becomes a greater percentage of my overall stack, but a smaller percentage of my opponent's. I know this sounds self-obvious, but in playing it seems less so. I can not play a hand for a couple of rounds, yet feel like I've lost chips, not just to the blinds, but because people get knocked out and other chip stacks increase. Yes...all signs point to taking more risk.
